Job Mission:

Your role will be to support the operations for the Credentialing portion of the andros Credentialing product. You’ll be responsible for performing routine tasks and processes along with analyzing and streamlining processes. You will find ways to innovate on old processes and bring in new ideas. As a subject-matter-expert (SME), you will work across all Credentialing Ops teams to help optimize workflows and leverage data insights to drive key initiatives. Your knowledge of data and analytics will help you play a key role in ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly while also advocating for and implementing potential improvements.

Outcomes:

  • Perform daily production tasks relating to Quality Assessment of credentialing elements and / or entire credentialing files.
    • Conduct research into issues related to credentialing process
      • Document and report findings out to the Senior Performance Operations Manager and the greater operations leadership team
    • Work closely with our credentialing operation teams / external partners to coordinate day-to-day tasks associated with Credentialing
  • Contribute to and reference reporting dashboards, monitor trends, share actionable insights, investigate variances and make recommendations based on data/results
    • Monitor daily program automations and data processes; troubleshooting when necessary and improving when possible
    • Offer insights to the leadership team to advise on product enhancements related to Credentialing and adjust workflows to account for our evolving andros processes
  • Evaluate and recommend new process enhancments as we expand our service offerings
    • Serve as a primary tester when new products related to your processes are being developed
  • Assist with building a total quality management process

Desired Attributes:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an operations and/or process-driven role; experience with credentialing preferred (but not required)
  • Intellectual curiosity, sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and strength in creative and innovative thinking
  • You have a strong analytical toolkit, including experience with Sheets, Excel, Tableau or other tools
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility and adaptability are key

In compliance with the nation-wide updates on the Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed: Estimated salary range: $50,000+. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of andros’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
