We are remote-friendly! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that pays hourly.

Mission:

To ensure andros’s ongoing compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, and satisfy audit requests from regulators, clients or prospects. Notably, you will assist in our biennial NCQA recertification process, assuring that the company: 1) continuously remains in compliance by maintaining internal documentation and standard operating procedures, 2) implements across the organization any required adjustment or corrective action, and 3) passes all elements of the NCQA audit with a >95% pass rate. The Compliance Coordinator will perform ongoing research on legislation and changing regulations as well as communicating relevant updates and feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders. The Compliance Coordinator will also assist in annually updating the Education Proxy Database and other compliance databases as needed and will assist with both internal and external audits.

Outcomes:

  1. Ensure that andros remains in continuous compliance with all NCQA and other applicable state and federal regulations, and passes all regulatory audits with the highest marks (100% of NCQA elements passed with >95% on each element)
    • Assist with internal compliance operational processes, including:
      1. NCQA Quality Improvement audits
      2. Periodic Policies and Procedures reviews
      3. Collection of state education proxy verification letters for all states in which andros credentials
  2. Completion of Delegation Audits and any requested paperwork and documentation to fulfill internal or external auditing needs.

  3. Honesty/Integrity — Sees self as essential to maintaining andros’s reputation and compliance. Doesn’t cut corners ethically; always works with integrity and doesn’t hesitate to call out all compliance gaps
  4. Professionalism — exemplifies professional, ethical conduct as a representative of andros in a wide variety of areas, both internally and externally
  5. Flexibility/adaptability - Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Certified as CPMSM or CPCS preferred. If not knowledge in all aspects of Credentialing including Accreditation Regulations and Standards.
  2. Knowledge of NCQA and Delegation Audits
  3. Proficiency in the Google suite of products.
  4. 3+ years of Credentialing experience preferred
  5. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

$25-$30 an hour
