This is a 6-Month Contract Position
Hourly Pay Depends Upon Experience Level with a Rate of $27-$35
Must be located in the United States
Mission:
To drive operational excellence and efficiency across the sales cycle by managing key sales support functions including Salesforce hygiene, meeting coordination, documentation of client commitments, and RFP execution—allowing Sales AEs to focus on revenue growth activities and ensuring internal alignment to present in the strongest, most intelligent way.
Outcomes:
- Meeting Coordination & Follow-Through
- Management of meeting logistics: agenda, attendee lists, calendar invites, and action items are scheduled and sent to all internal and external stakeholders
- Meeting prep meeting is scheduled in advance of all external sales calls, including documented meeting prep document with roles, responsibilities, agenda, and objectives.
- Schedule debrief meetings as requested
- Follow-ups and action items are assigned tracked and completed (external follow ups sent within 48 hours of each meeting using established templates) use SalesLoft on behalf of Account Executives
- Sales event planning and coordination
- Pre-event coordination: venue booking, booth materials and swag, oversee promotions and prospect outreach
- Run of show’ logistics for single and multi-day events
- Prospect Opportunities Support
- Coordination across internal teams from prospecting through implementation
- Liaison between marketing and sales to support campaign execution
- Update metrics in the marketing scorecard
- Assist with list management
- Support with prospecting campaigns including sales events and account based marketing initiatives
- Creation of prospect research packets
- Clear Documentation of Sales Commitments
- 100% of deals—regardless of size—have supporting documentation outlining client expectations, product commitments, and scope not captured in contracts.
- Documentation is organized and consistent for each reference
- RFP Process Management
- Coordinated input from relevant stakeholders, referencing all existing materials including past responses, marketing collateral and Artificial Intelligence
- Sets timelines, manages the project plan, and enforces deadlines
- RFP win/loss data is tracked and analyzed to continuously improve submissions and hit rate.

- Operational Rigor: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces, maintain clean systems, and uphold high standards in documentation and process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work fluidly across sales, marketing, product, to gather information, manage deliverables, and align messaging.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Keeps the client experience at the center—ensuring quick turnaround times and clarity in communications and documentation.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Capable of prioritizing and executing tasks under tight deadlines without losing track of long-term goals.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and professional communication—both written and verbal—when interfacing with internal teams and external prospects.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and project/task management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the Healthcare and/or SaaS space, previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Experience in Project Management or Sales Coordination
- Team player with a passion for making an impact
- Willingness to learn and grow client facing skills

- Bachelor’s Degree
