About the Role

We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to help Healthy achieve product-market fit. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving strategy, execution, and iteration across the product. You’ll lead with user insight, shape the roadmap, define KPIs, and partner closely with design, engineering, and executive leadership to turn vision into value—fast.

Responsibilities

• Work backwards from strategy and OKRs to identify the highest-leverage hypotheses to test
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with design and engineering
• Lead sprint planning, standups, retros, and all agile ceremonies with rigor and clarity
• Translate user research and behavioral data into actionable insights and product direction
• Monitor KPIs, track success metrics, and adjust tactics quickly based on what’s working
• Execute against an iterative product development process while maintaining high standards
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at every level of the business
• Advocate for the user and build with empathy, urgency, and integrity

You might be a right fit if you’re …

• Have 6+ years of product management experience in consumer tech
• Have taken a product from 0 → 1 and know what it takes to reach product-market fit
• Know how to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic decisions
• Move quickly, execute reliably, and always come back to the “why”
• Have experience working in small, fast-paced teams with high standards
• Can lead with humility and take full accountability for outcomes
• Have experience with health or wellness products (bonus!)
