About the Role

ClosedLoop recently launched Healthy, an AI-powered app that helps people better understand and manage their health. We’re still early — learning quickly, evolving constantly — and looking for a Product Manager to help shape the product into something people trust and love. In close partnership with leadership, fellow Product team members, and Engineering, you’ll define and prioritize features and build/execute project plans. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that Healthy is developed in alignment with user needs, conducting regular user research to inform and validate product decisions, and ensuring the product evolves effectively to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with your leadership, design, and engineering partners to define and prioritize product features assigned to you.
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and ceremonies for your product area alongside the broader Product Development team.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and others to build new features and enhance existing ones, ensuring features are designed in conformity with agreed upon product expectations.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and drive product-market fit.
• Collaborate with design to test new ideas and translate results into actionable product recommendations
• Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, to validate assumptions and test hypotheses.
• Maintain project plans, ensuring on-time delivery of product features and releases.
• Use analytics tools (such as Mixpanel) to monitor KPIs and evaluate the success of product releases, using insights to inform future actions.
• Perform competitive analysis to keep the product relevant and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize product development workflows.

Required Experience:

• An understanding of the product development lifecycle
• Strong project management and execution skills
• A love for understanding user problems and identifying viable solutions
• The ability and desire to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• An understanding of discovery techniques to identify and test hypotheses and assumptions

• We have a strong preference for individuals based in our Austin, TX headquarters who are comfortable with our in-office work culture. We offer relocation assistance to new employees relocating to Austin.
