About this role
As our Enterprise Onboarding & Success Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting First Dollar’s partner and employer onboarding processes. You’ll manage relationships with our current partners, facilitate bulk HSA and Notional migrations, and collaborate with the team to ensure successful partner implementations. This role is dynamic and adaptable, providing exposure to different areas of our business as we grow.
The ideal candidate is curious, flexible, and ready to grow into either a full-time Customer Success or Implementation Manager position as the company scales.
