About the position:
We are looking for a passionate individual to join the founding team to lead our growth efforts. Isaac Health is developing business relationships with health plans (Medicare Advantage, special needs plans, LTSS Medicaid), health systems (primary care groups, hospital systems), and community groups.
Expectations:
- Lead overall growth efforts, including growth strategy, partnership development, and all stages of the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with health plans, health systems and community partners
- Develop a “growth machine” along all stages of the funnel, including regular follow-up and iterative optimization of conversion rates and times
- Build decks, other presentation materials and conduct analyses tailored to support each partnership opportunity
- Support the company’s rapid growth and ambitious targets
- Keep up-to-date on industry, market, and trends
- Develop and keep adjusting the growth strategy, including financial forecasting and weighing options through rigorous analysis. Research and evaluate current and potential markets for business opportunities
- Build up and lead the growth team
- The position will involve occasional travel
- As part of the core leadership team, be flexible in taking on additional business and executive tasks as they come up
Candidate Attributes:
- Natural relationship builder with expansive existing network in the payer and health system industries
- Sales and go-getter attitude towards pursuing new opportunities and targets
- Innovative, energetic, and creative with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment and perform multiple roles and functions
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Analytical, structured, organized
- Passionate about improving and innovating in healthcare
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in healthcare, ideally with a payer and/or payer-facing startup
- 3+ years’ experience in a business development or sales function with a successful track record of efficiently growing a business
- Extensive experience engaging with "C" level executives
- Experience with financial modeling
- Experience leading a team
