About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst / Senior Analyst of FP&A to join our Finance & Strategy team. This role will play a critical part in shaping how we measure and optimize our performance across infusion centers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical toolkit, a foundation in public accounting, and a passion for building scalable financial models and insights in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning at the drug, site, and enterprise level.
Track, analyze, and reconcile drug pricing, and contract terms to monitor performance and highlight trends.
Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis for infusion revenue, COGS, and operating expenses.
Collaborate with operations, pharmacy, and clinical leadership to provide insights into center-level performance, drug utilization, and staffing.
Support ad hoc initiatives including new site pro formas, vendor pricing negotiations, and payer contract evaluation.
Assist in preparing clear, data-driven materials for the executive team, board, and investors.
Drive automation and efficiency in reporting by leveraging systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting. Public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred.
Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Google Sheets) and ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
Familiarity with healthcare or specialty pharmacy economics (drug pricing, payer reimbursement, gross-to-net) is a plus.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and BI tools (Sage Intacct, Sigma, PowerBI, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
