About Local Infusion

Local Infusion is the fastest growing, venture-backed multi-site infusion business, expanding from 4 to 40 clinics in just 18 months and transforming how care is delivered to patients with chronic autoimmune diseases on specialty infusion medications. With locations in New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Massachusetts, and New Jersey—and more on the way—Local Infusion delivers a differentiated care model focused on patient experience, technology, and clinical integration.

Through a blend of patient-centered design and a people-first team culture, Local Infusion puts the “local feel” of community, comfort, and connection back into the patient and provider experience. Our time to treat is 4x faster than the industry average, and our patient Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 97%.

We’ve raised $39M to date, including a $25M Series B led by Transformation Capital in May 2025. We're leading the digital transformation of infusion therapy because patients deserve better.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst / Senior Analyst of FP&A to join our Finance & Strategy team. This role will play a critical part in shaping how we measure and optimize our performance across infusion centers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical toolkit, a foundation in public accounting, and a passion for building scalable financial models and insights in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning at the drug, site, and enterprise level.

  • Track, analyze, and reconcile drug pricing, and contract terms to monitor performance and highlight trends.

  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis for infusion revenue, COGS, and operating expenses.

  • Collaborate with operations, pharmacy, and clinical leadership to provide insights into center-level performance, drug utilization, and staffing.

  • Support ad hoc initiatives including new site pro formas, vendor pricing negotiations, and payer contract evaluation.

  • Assist in preparing clear, data-driven materials for the executive team, board, and investors.

  • Drive automation and efficiency in reporting by leveraging systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting. Public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred.

  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Google Sheets) and ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.

  • Familiarity with healthcare or specialty pharmacy economics (drug pricing, payer reimbursement, gross-to-net) is a plus.

  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and BI tools (Sage Intacct, Sigma, PowerBI, or similar).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
