Role Overview: Pharmacist in Charge
The Pharmacist in Charge will contribute to the company’s growth and quality through overseeing pharmaceutical clinical delivery and quality while providing a delightful patient experience. The Pharmacist in Charge will ensure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy through the medications they receive.
This is a full time position planned to begin as early as mid-January 2026 (tentative). The position will be located in Princeton, NJ, for approximately 6 months before permanently transitioning to Wayne, NJ.
Location: Onsite, with travel to other centers for coverage and support as required
Job Description
Efficiently and accurately processing orders and dispensing medications in accordance with Local Infusion processes and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring adequate medications and supplies
Communicating with patients when questions arise to ensure quality care
Collaborating with referring and internal providers to optimize patient outcomes
Ensuring pharmacy regulatory requirements and industry standards are met
Assisting with operational and clinical tasks as necessary
