Job Summary
Our mission is to revolutionize the specialty infusion industry because patients deserve better. As the Product Manager, Revenue & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by improving efficiency across revenue cycle management (RCM) and corporate functions including Finance, Procurement, HR, Facilities Management and other internal operations with a clear mandate: identify inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and build (or buy) systems that enable the business to grow faster with fewer resources.
This role demands strong problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions that replace manual processes and fragmented tools. You will partner closely with Operations, RCM, Finance, and Engineering to build systems that enable the company to grow faster, smarter, and more sustainably.
Join us in building the internal infrastructure that powers exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy and execution for end-to-end RCM efficiency, including billing, collections, denial management, and cash acceleration
Identify operational bottlenecks and design workflow, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and output per FTE
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
Define and monitor KPIs related to RCM performance, efficiency, and financial outcomes
Lead product ownership for internal corporate systems supporting Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, and other shared services
Replace manual workflows, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools with scalable, auditable systems
Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and manage integrations with third-party platforms where appropriate
Drive adoption of new tools and workflows across internal teams through strong communication and change management
Qualifications and Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, operations product, or a product-adjacent operational role
Experience working with revenue cycle, billing, finance operations, or complex internal workflows
Building patient or payer-facing AI solutions in regulated environments (HIPAA)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize high-impact work in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Comfort working with data, metrics, and financial outcomes to inform decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
Experience building internal tools, automation platforms, or operational systems
Familiarity with workflow engines, analytics tooling, OCR, or AI-assisted products
