About the Role

Our mission is to revolutionize the specialty infusion industry because patients deserve better. We’re hiring a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and execute hiring across our clinical and corporate teams as we plan to scale our team significantly. This is a hands-on role with ~80% of your time spent actively recruiting and leading critical searches, and ~20% focused on improving recruiting systems, processes, and providing team leadership and support.

What You’ll Own

Direct Recruiting (majority of time)

  • Drive high-quality, efficient hiring across center (Intake Coordinator), clinical (RNs, NPs), and corporate/leadership roles

  • Personally lead full-cycle complex, senior, and business-critical searches, proactively sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles

  • Deliver a differentiated, high-touch candidate experience

TA Programs & Team Leadership

  • Improve and scale recruiting tools, templates, and ATS workflows to create consistency and scalability across the team

  • Establish clear hiring metrics and maintain accurate data

  • Lead a small recruiting team; provide coaching to increase their productivity and performance

  • Strengthen and consistently communicate our employer brand

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5-8 years of progressive recruiting experience, including healthcare recruitment (RNs/NPs preferred)

  • Proven success in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment where you’re managing multiple high-priority and business-critical roles

  • Experience operating on very small or early-stage recruiting teams with 2 years of people management experience preferred

  • Proven builder of recruiting systems and processes through various stages of growth

  • Credible partner to leaders who can influence and push for the right hiring decisions

  • Thrives in ambiguity and moves with speed and ownership

  • Highly organized and operationally rigorous, able to own systems and processes end to end, keep things clean, and spot breakdowns before they slow hiring

As part of our team, full-time team members get:

  • Potential for performance bonuses

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance through our employer plan

  • Short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance

  • 401(k) — as an early stage startup, and we match!

  • 15 days PTO — and we want you to take it

  • Competitive paid maternity leave and flexible return-to-work policy

We invest in your career. Our company is growing quickly, and we’ll give you the opportunity to do the same. You’ll have access to professional development opportunities that help you grow alongside the business.

We don’t discriminate—Local Infusion is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer. We believe a diverse and inclusive team makes us stronger and better equipped to achieve our mission.
