The Role: Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and medication management services for patients receiving specialty and infusion therapies, while supporting program optimization, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and cross-functional care coordination.

Location: Bangor, ME; hybrid/remote options available

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive clinical management for specialty pharmacy patients

• Identify and lead initiatives that optimize therapy access and utilization

• Partner with providers and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and enhance treatment plans

• Contribute to cross-functional efforts to improve care delivery, quality, and patient outcomes

Key Accountabilities

• Clinical management of specialty pharmacy and infusion patients

• Provider and care team collaboration

• Patient education, adherence, and outcomes optimization

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted professional license in applicable state(s)

• Experience in specialty or infusion pharmacy preferred
