Product & Technology
We are Local Infusion.
Local Infusion is the fastest growing infusion provider in the United States, with a mission to transform the specialty infusion industry, because patients deserve better. By providing both exceptional, patient-centered care and the proprietary, AI-driven technology powering it, Local Infusion accelerates access, simplifies workflows, and improves outcomes for everyone in the infusion journey — from patients and clinicians to health plans, health systems, employers, and pharma.
Clinicians can spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients, bringing comfort, connection, and community back to healthcare. With Local Infusion, every patient and every care team is fully supported, every step of the way.
The Role
We are building a foundational AI platform for clinic operations expanding across specialties. We're looking for a Product Manager to own this roadmap end to end to bring transformational change to the way our clinics operate using AI.
In this role, you will...
Own the full product roadmap and AI strategy and adoption
Run continuous discovery with frontline clinic staff — shadow workflows, interview physicians and admins, and translate findings into clear requirements
Lead build vs. buy decisions for each layer, evaluating vendors against in-house options
Define success metrics for every initiative and track them post-launch
Partner with engineering, data, and clinical teams to ship on time and on scope
Present roadmap progress and outcomes to executive leadership and clinic partners
Here’s what we’re looking for...
Required
4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years shipping data-intensive or AI/ML products
Demonstrated understanding of how to sequence infrastructure and application layers — you know why data quality must precede agent deployment
Experience with healthcare data formats and clinical workflows (HL7, FHIR, EHR systems), or the ability to develop that fluency quickly
Strong discovery instincts — you can find the real problem behind the stated request
Comfortable holding both platform-level ambiguity and feature-level precision at the same time
Preferred
Healthcare experience especially working with providers and clinical staff
Experience with clinical data pipelines, RPA tooling, or AI agent frameworks
Familiarity with ambient documentation tools, prior auth automation, or medical coding AI
Experience working with EHR and EHR data
