Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced, AI-native Director of Sales Operations & Enablement to serve as a cross-functional leader responsible for building the AI-powered systems, tools, data, and processes that drive our business development engine. This is someone who doesn’t just use AI occasionally—they embed it into every workflow, automate relentlessly, and treat AI fluency as a core professional competency. The role also partners closely with field leadership, ensuring teams are well trained, properly enabled, informed, and fully activated to drive referral growth.
This position owns reporting and analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, onboarding, and market activation. You will sit on the Growth Leadership Team alongside Regional VPs and work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Scalability & Execution
Identify bottlenecks and workflow gaps across the growth engine and propose Ai-driven solutions to scale sales processes
Lead special projects, pilot new tactics, and support rollout of new outreach channels
Partner closely with Operations & Marketing to improve referral‑to‑treatment conversion and execution
Serve as the HubSpot (CRM) owner, improve CRM hygiene, activity logging, and reporting standards
Market Research & Target List Strategy
Deploy AI tools to translate market insights, product updates, and strategy into clear, actionable guidance for the field
Own market research and target list development using tools such as MedScout, ensuring comprehensive provider coverage by geography and specialty
Assist sales activation for new center openings
Deliver market research, target lists, and draft market plans to field teams
Onboarding, Training & Development
Build and maintain sales training program and tools including sales playbooks, outreach frameworks, objection handling guides, competitive intelligence, FAQs, and best‑practice libraries
Own the virtual onboarding experience for new Business Development hires through live sessions, workshops, and on‑demand content
AI-Powered Data Analysis and Insights
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting using AI-enhanced analytics tools
Use AI to identify and automate performance anomalies, trending and surface actionable insights from center and market data
Respond to ad‑hoc data and analysis requests from leadership
Own monthly results reporting and commission processing
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years experience in healthcare growth, sales operations and enablement
Expert-level analytical skills with hands-on dashboarding and CRM experience, a reporting wizard who can also build AI-automated analytics workflows
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent LLMs) and a portfolio of how you’ve applied them in a professional setting
Experience building or implementing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or intelligent reporting
Proven experience supporting or leading multi-market sales teams
Demonstrated experience delivering training and creating enablement tools such as playbooks, guides, and sales resources
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels with the ability to move FAST!
Bonus points for prior success as a field sales or referral sales professional
Double bonus points if you have experience with HubSpot, Google Products, MedScout and/or Sigma.
Travel requirements: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, with overnight travel occasionally
Must be located near Local Infusion’s service areas (Eastern or Central time zones)
Compensation & Structure
Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $140,000 - $190,000
