About the Role

Rula is currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. At Rula, we believe behavioral health should be treated with the same respect, rigor, and focus of other chronic diseases. The Senior Finance Manager will be a trusted partner to the teams at Rula to help achieve this mission.

As the Senior Finance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the foundational finance processes and systems at Rula to achieve scalable growth and guide the business towards smart financial decisions. This role holds a unique position within our organization working directly with executive leaders and with cross-functional stakeholders in our People, Accounting, and other business teams to provide insights towards annual planning, re-budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

You will serve as the primary finance point-of contact for senior leaders across the organization overseeing headcount and operating expenses for various teams and departments, own consolidated business review materials, and support implementing a financial planning software. The Finance team that you will join values a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and extreme ownership.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field

• 8+ years of work experience, with a focus on investment banking, financial planning, or similar area(s) in accounting, finance, and operations

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment

• A strong understanding of GAAP accounting fundamentals and financial statements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize and disseminate important information cross-functionally throughout the organization

• Familiarity with using Netsuite and financial planning software (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan) is a plus
