The range above represents the minimum and maximum for starting total cash in this role. The total cash offered is based on a combination of factors such as individual proficiency, pay equity, and experience level.

Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.

About the Role

Rula is hiring a Director of Partner Success to lead and scale strategic relationships with key partners while driving operational excellence internally. This role is approximately 50% external-facing, focused on building trusted, executive-level relationships, and 50% internal-facing, partnering cross-functionally to represent partner needs and translate them into scalable processes and solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills alongside a proven ability to design, implement, and improve processes in complex environments. You will be comfortable presenting to diverse audiences at strategic accounts, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to drive outcomes. This role requires a highly organized leader who can manage competing priorities, lead teams effectively, and turn complexity into clarity and action.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, including client success, healthcare consulting, and/or healthcare operations, and/or implementations

  • People management experience, including leading and developing a team of 3+ direct reports

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing external customers and senior executive stakeholders; able to think on your feet in high-stakes situations

  • Demonstrated experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple partner accounts simultaneously

  • Data fluency, including experience analyzing and interpreting data using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and/or Looker to identify opportunities and drive process improvements

  • Ability to translate analysis into clear action plans and partner-specific strategies

  • Experience aligning work to OKRs, translating team efforts into measurable, business-impacting outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at or with a health plan (payer), health system, or healthcare services organization, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem

  • Advanced analytics and Excel skills, with the ability to translate insights into high-impact business and partner outcomes

  • Expertise working with government programs (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid)
