We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist who thrives at the intersection of empathy, communication, and innovation. You’ll connect with individuals who want to take a more proactive approach to their health and help them understand how Preemptive’s technology and care model can make that possible.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role at the front line of a growing healthcare technology company — perfect for someone who loves building trust, communicating clearly, and helping people adopt new ideas that improve their lives.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Engage and qualify inbound prospects through scheduled calls, follow-ups, and creative outreach.
  • Lead consultative conversations to understand each person’s health goals, frustrations, and motivations.
  • Explain Preemptive’s technology and care model clearly and confidently, helping people see its value.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and automation tools (Attio, Calendly, etc.) for efficient, personalized follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share real-time feedback and improve conversion strategies.
  • Contribute to building the sales playbook as one of the first members of the inside sales team — with opportunity to grow into leadership.

  • A skilled communicator who builds trust quickly and makes complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Experienced in inside sales or digital health, with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Tech-forward and adaptable — comfortable discussing technology as part of the customer experience.
  • Empathetic and curious, always listening before responding.
  • Organized and data-driven, with strong follow-up habits and CRM proficiency.
  • Excited by the idea of helping build something — not just follow a script.

📘 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–7 years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, or tech-enabled services
  • Proven success in high-velocity B2C or member acquisition roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with modern CRM and automation platforms

💰 Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $110,000 with commission
  • Ownership opportunity: As an early member of the sales team, you’ll share in the upside of the company’s long-term success through a meaningful equity grant
