best-in-classmonth-end,before ,seeking a team player to Health is looking for a hands-on Accounts Payable Specialist to scale SafeRide. We are looking for a team player that will help us scale past $100M in annual revenue. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for elevating SafeRide’s payables function and continuously enhancing the effectiveness of the finance organization. Strong business and financial orientation as well as a passion for growth and development are critical for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Input vendor invoices into Bill.com
• Review all invoices for appropriate coding and approval prior to payment
• Monitor AP aging
• Reconcile credit card activity with claims in the SafeRide system
• Full vendor management including W-9 and 1099 compliance and reporting
• Process expense reimbursements through Certify/Emburse
• Aid in month end billing process, as needed
• Record journal entries, as needed
• Ensure Robust financial controls, best in class compliance and audit procedures
• Champion and reinforce SafeRide’s culture

Required Skills:

• 2-3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have prior experience with Bill.com
• Prior experience with Sage Intacct preferred
• Must work well in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
• The ability to work independently
• Strength in problem solving, applying hard data and qualitative insight to frame problems and develop novel solutions
