Job Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor, Facilities Management to join our team and oversee key provider relations and operational support functions. This role will make a meaningful impact by establishing strong relationships with medical provider offices and working with facilities to ensure members and patients have seamless access to care. The individual will be responsible for making outbound calls to provider offices, managing and coaching a team, and supporting the adoption of the technology platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, confident in leading others, and skilled at building strong professional relationships while addressing challenging situations directly.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Outreach & Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to medical provider offices to provide updates, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships.
  • Serve as a point of contact to explain Facilities portal technology, answer provider questions, and encourage adoption of tools.
  • Troubleshoot provider challenges with professionalism and accuracy.

Team Supervision & Leadership

  • o Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve departmental goals and performance metrics.
  • o Provide clear direction, regular feedback, and accountability to ensure high-quality work.
  • o Candidate should have comfort with managing performance and having tough conversations when required.

Operational & Data Support

  • Utilize Quicksight and other tools to track performance metrics, monitor outreach efforts, and simple reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support provider relations, facilities operations, and organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance communication processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • 3 years+ of experience making outbound calls and managing relationships, with supervisory or team lead responsibilities strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a medical provider’s office or a basic understanding of medical providers and how their organizations operate.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking) or willingness to quickly learn and develop skills.
  • Comfortable handling conflict and conducting direct conversations in a professional, respectful manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Health, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
