Description:

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with 3-5+ years of hands-on growth and performance marketing experience, especially on Paid Social and Search ads. You will own paid media strategy and execution across acquisition channels, drive data-driven experiments, and partner cross-functionally to acquire new customers, increase revenue and lifetime value. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, obsessed with KPIs, and thrives in high-velocity DTC environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on Meta, TikTok, and Google to drive scalable growth.
  • Own media strategy, audience strategy, bid strategy, creative testing, and budget allocation to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Run high-velocity A/B tests and experiments across ads, creatives, landing pages, offers, and audiences.
  • Analyze performance data to generate insights, identify opportunities, and iterate quickly on campaigns.
  • Build creative testing roadmap and creative guidelines for ads
  • Build and manage scalable reporting dashboards and growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Ecommerce, Product, and Retention to align on acquisition/retention strategies.
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscape to maintain edge in performance marketing.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on growth/paid performance marketing experience in DTC or consumer brands
  • Deep experience with Meta platform and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record scaling paid acquisition channels with measurable results (improved CAC and ROAS).
  • Strong math and analytical skills; proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Attribution tools, dashboards, Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to design and analyze experiments, apply learnings, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with landing page tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in other growth channels is a plus i.e. TikTok, YouTube, Axon, Snapchat, SEO/AEO, Amazon…etc
  • Experience in health & wellness, nutrition, supplements, or functional beverage brands
  • Experience with subscriptions model
