Objectives of this Role
Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products.Master our development process, culture, and codebase, then improve it.Operate effectively in the hybrid engineering model where engineers are encouraged to design and execute the vital work to ensure quality in their own code as well as other engineers.Mentor others in development technologies, tools and processes.Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks and write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.Implement architectures that ensure interoperability with other healthcare systems, following standards like HL7, FHIR, or industry-specific APIs.Design intuitive interfaces that enhance the experience of clinical and administrative users in the healthcare sector.Responsibilities
Design and implement highly scalable cloud-native systems and algorithms for healthcare data processingArchitect secure web applications using Azure cloud services that comply with healthcare regulationsCreate efficient data models using Azure architecture for optimal performanceDevelop and maintain containerized applications in Kubernetes environmentsImplement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment across Azure environmentsOptimize cloud resources while maintaining system reliability and performanceCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality healthcare software solutionsAdapt quickly to changing priorities in our fast-paced healthcare technology environmentBring positive energy!Qualifications
Requirements:
Ability to deliver and passion for high quality codeGood algorithmic thinkingAbility to effectively communicate ideasExperience with Agile software development and test-driven development.Experience in building SaaS framework/applications from the ground up.REST APIs and general API design.Database design and administrationNice to have:
