You will be the go-to person for IT support, helping troubleshoot issues like account access, system logins, and device problems, while also managing equipment provisioning and supporting onboarding for new hires. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems quickly, staying organized, and creating simple, effective processes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing employee onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and access provisioning
  • Experience with device management and shipping logistics (laptops, replacements, repairs)
  • Familiarity with common workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Google Admin)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
  • Clear and friendly communication, able to support non-technical employees effectively

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune) or similar systems
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
  • Basic understanding of security best practices and access controls
  • Experience creating simple IT documentation or help guides

What You’ll Work On

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support (login issues, access problems, device troubleshooting)
  • Set up and manage accounts for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Provision, ship, track, and maintain employee equipment (laptops, peripherals, replacements)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other internal systems
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including access removal and equipment return
  • Keep systems organized and up to date, ensuring employees have the right level of access
  • Create simple documentation and processes to reduce repeat issues and improve efficiency
  • Partner with People Ops and Engineering to support a smooth employee experience
